The Adirondack Business & School Partnership, Inc. (ABSP) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that incorporated in 2004.

We believe business and education partnerships are the best method of leveraging public and private resources to provide challenging opportunities for the future workforce. Through partnerships between businesses and schools we are strengthening the region’s workforce and enhancing the quality of life in our community.

Founded on a shared vision and common goals, Adirondack Business & School Partnership offers programs and services for making education relevant and exciting to insure that our schools have the support and tools they need to continue to achieve high standards of learning and produce a high skills workforce that is needed to be competitive in the 21st century.

Our Goals:

• To educate students and educators through programs and services designed
   to enhance career development, occupational studies and employability skills
• To foster and facilitate partnerships between business and school communities
• To garner student interest in occupations and professions related to target industries such as health care, finance,
   manufacturing and tourism
